There are some noise issues in the area in general because of the proximity to the Victoria train station. The landlord are an exceptional couple who are very responsive, and we've had a fantastic relationship with them throughout. We will miss this place.

Energy rating C (69 out of 100)
What this means for you. Good: better than a typical home. Energy bills should be lower than average, and the home should be fairly easy to keep warm. The typical home in England and Wales is rated D. Your bills also depend on how you use the heating, your energy tariff and how many people live there. More about EPC ratings
